All members who join the system will be issued with a Personal Randomizer URL to send their own prospects to join the system via their own payment ID. The URL is issued with your member ID included in the address.

You may use this URL to link to the doubler from your website, by sending in email messages and sending direct traffic there to.

There will be NO membership or so called investment fee refunds after joining this site.

You must be 18+ or older to join our program.

SPAM

Automatic Cash Randomizer. has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including up to $50,000 in fines.  If you are to include Automatic Cash Randomizer. name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own "double-optin" subscribers.  Safelists, Text Ad Exchanges and Traffic Exchanges are also allowed as well as downline mailing programs such as YourLuckyList.

USER ACCOUNT

1.8. As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. In the unlikely event of someone hacking into your account, we will not be held responsible. When you request your password, we will send you a new one to your email.
1.9. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them. This also applies to your AlertPay account which has to be unique and not shared with another user.
2.0. Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.
2.1. Accounts are not transferable.
2.2. Automatic Cash Randomizer will not modify user account information based on user request.
2.3. Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended.

REFERRALS

2.4. You may refer as many people as you want.
2.5. Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a unique email address.
2.6. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. You also cannot use any service that attempts to sell you referrals. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
2.7. A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him/her.
2.8. A referral will always give a commission of $1.00 on the initial investment to their upline.

ANTI-CHEAT POLICY

2.9. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.
3.0. Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either way, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination.
3.1. We may or may not inform you that your account was terminated. In the first case, we will send you an email. In either case, you will be notified as soon as you try to use any of the services at Automatic Cash Randomizer.

PAYMENTS TO USERS

3.2. All payments will be made via paypal. No other method of payment is available at this time.
3.3. We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by payment processor's support.
3.4. Any refund of any payment we send you will be ignored and it won't be added back to your account nor sent again.
3.5. All Payments to users will be instant!

PAYMENTS TO Automatic Cash Randomizer

3.6. All payments are to be made using the links available at "your account". No other method of payment will be accepted.
3.7. All payments are non-refundable.
3.8. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

3.9. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.
4.0. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
4.1. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.
4.2. We won't delete user's accounts for any reason even if they are active or suspended.

LIABILITY

4.3. Automatic Cash Randomizer will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to Automatic Cash Randomizer and therefore beyond our control.
4.4. Automatic Cash Randomizer reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.

It is your responsibility to make sure your email address for your AlertPay account is correct and you have a Personal Pro or Business account. Payments made to the wrong account because of an incorrectly entered id is your responsibility.

The following are grounds for termination of your account:

Automatic Cash Randomizerconsiders the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by Automatic Cash Randomizer terms of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.

In addition, we have the right, where feasible, to implement technical mechanisms which block multiple postings as described above before they are forwarded.

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.
